How do I place an order ?

Placing an order with Peko is quick and easy. First, browse the Products site. Next, when you locate the item that you would like to purchase, simply click on Add to Cart. Now, continue through the ordering process to input your information. After adding all of the desired products to your shopping cart, click on Secure Checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without notice.
You can pay for your purchases through this web site by using your credit card.. You may place an order and pay by bank draft or money order by writing to PEKO, 1065 Cactus Rd., Kelowna, BC, Canada V1X 5N2. Please be sure to include the item numbers that you would like to order, as well as, a complete shipping address. Make checks payable to Peko. Order may be held for 10-14 days for payment to clear. A $20 fee will be charged on all checks returned for collection.             We ship orders internationally.

Do your products have a warranty ... ?

Unless noted otherwise, all of our products can be returned:
When you receive your purchase, & you do not like it, simply return it within 15 days if you have not used it.
We'll gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping. Financial and handling/restocking charges of 15% apply.

What do I do if there is a discrepancy on my credit card statement ... ?

If this has happened, please send an e-mail to sales@pekoproducts.com indicating the amount of the discrepancy and your order number. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the discrepancy has been rectified.

How do I place an order by phone, fax, e-mail or snail mail ... ?

Simply mail in your order together with an "International Money Order" or "Bank Draft" in US$ (payable to Peko).

What are your Delivery/Shipping Policies ... ?

We usually process your order in 1-2 days and ship by mail. Please allow  2-3 weeks for delivery of in-stock items in North America; International longer

Please wait until 48 hours after you have placed your order to check the status. Click here to send an e-mail to check on the status of orders placed on this web site. You may also call customer service at 1-250-448-4846. Make sure you have your order number when you call.

We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an item is out-of-stock, and additional stock cannot be obtained, we will cancel your order and notify you of your cancellation.

Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order and the total weight. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via Canada Post and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition.
We charge a 15% handling/restocking fee for items that customers return.

We cannot handle COD shipments at this time.
No international checks, please.

Your invoice (PAID) will be e-mailed to you; we do not include a printed invoice/receipt with your shipment

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended (only $0.70 for orders up to $70.00).
 If you do not insure your package, lost shipments will not be replaced.

What about Taxes & Duties (In North America) ... ?

Federal tax (Goods and Service Tax or GST) is added to all orders delivered in Canada. Provincial Sales Tax PST is added to all orders delivered in British Columbia
Our Business/GST # is 136351533 RT0001.

Customs and import duties may be charged to the customer outside of North America once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot determine what these fees will be.
We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
